Here at Forte Kitchens, we pride ourselves in designing and producing our kitchens at a professional level. Not only focusing on quality designs, materials and craftsmanship, we also focus on the quality of our service, providing genuine consultations and proper documentations on each kitchen that we build for our much appreciated customers.
The process of creating a Forte Kitchen is as follows:

A study on the total usable space of a kitchen area. The study will be based on a floor plan provided by the customer or a site visit. This service is absolutely free of charge with no obligations! |

A 3D design of the kitchen (without rendering) will be provided in 3 working days. We offer advise to the customer on the general kitchen layout (eg position of sinks, gas tanks and other appliances), materials, accessories, and appliances. This is also done free of charge without any obligations. |

|
3. Confirmation of design. A downpayment of 50% of the kitchen cost will be required. |
|
|
|
Construction plans provided to relevant parties At the same time, materials and color schemes will be finalized with the customer. We also provide advice on the kitchen flooring and wall tiling. |

|
|
Once everything is finalized, we will provide a 3D design rendering of the kitchen. Changes to color schemes and materials can still be done at this stage. A variance quotation will be provided if applicable. [Please insert rendered 3D drawing] |

Commencement of kitchen build-up Once the final confirmation is done, a 2nd payment of 40% of the kitchen cost will be required. Depending on the design and the size of the kitchen, it usually takes between 3 to 5 weeks for completion. |

Completion of kitchen. Upon completion, the final balance payment of 10% will be due.
